I would say this is certainly an impressive looking lens as it should be for something that costs $1998 USD. Sony were quite smart pricing this just below Canon’s lens. This lens would be way out of my price range if I owned a Sony body still but as someone who prefers the 35mm focal length, I wouldn’t see it as something I would buy.
I also see this as being more of a statement lens. People always say Sony can’t make a f/1.2 lens due to their mount size so this proves them all wrong.
Looks like a decent lens
