Day of the DSLR – Nikon Announces the D780

Today Nikon has announced the D780, the successor to their popular D750 body which was released roughly 5 years ago.

Nikon have also announced the Z-mount 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, an F-mount 120-300mm f/2.8 lens and the Coolpix P950 which is a point-and-shoot superzoom camera.

It will be interesting to see how well the D780 does in comparison to the Z6. Considering the Z6 has been out for longer and already discounted, it may be the preferable option for Nikon users.
